Hook Flash On Dialogic D41jct Not Working

I made a fresh (from scratch) installation of Windows 2000 and install dialogic SR6.0 and followinf patch.

eveything works except hook flash.

 

Need urgent help.

 

I sent logs last week but didn't get an answer.

Please post traces (vgm and tw) when using v6.0.3155 or later.
